Why do you need my ID to make a deposit?

We take your financial security seriously and need to ensure that the person who is using the account is at least 18 years old; the true owner of the credit card being used to make a deposit; and is the person who is authorized to receive the withdrawal payments. This is purely to protect you from fraud.

As per our Terms of Service, you may be required to verify your information by sending us a scan or picture of one or more of the following:

• A government-issued photo ID.
• The Credit Card Verification Form.
• The front and back of a particular credit or debit card you've used on our site.

When requested, these items need to be sent in JPEG or PDF format to verification@joefortuneteam.com and will be reviewed in around 48 hours, however usually less.
