Why hasn't my match bonus been issued yet?
It’s possible that you haven't redeemed the coupon required for the bonus, or that you haven't made a sufficient deposit to trigger the bonus. First, confirm you’ve claimed your match bonus by checking your “Bonuses” on the My Rewards Page, and find the match bonus you’d like to redeem and click Claim.
Alternatively, head to the Deposit page, select your deposit method and choose your preferred bonus in the Available Bonus Field at the bottom of the deposit page or manually enter your bonus code. Once selected, click “Deposit”.
Please ensure that the deposit is completed in a single transfer and includes the full amount required for the bonus.
