Where is my Cashback Bonus?

On July 16th, 2020, Joe issued the last cashback bonus, and no calculations will be done for further issuances. The final distribution has been made to all accounts that earned Cashback up to that date.

What’s next for the Joe's Rewards program?

To develop a more sustainable Rewards Program, we’ll be re-investing Cashback dollars into more frequent, diversified deposit and bonus offers. Casino Points earned will also be redeemable for a variety of new Casino offers found under the Offers tab in your Rewards Dashboard. Choose an offer to suit your style of play and check back frequently for newly added benefits.

Why have we removed Cashback?

Cashback was implemented to ease the frustration of losses by giving back to our players. In practice, we found even more frustration from frequent or prolonged delays, technical issues, and other disruptions, as well as confusion over how the program works. 

The result is a program that has become unreliable and unsustainable. Our expanded Rewards Program targets both of these concerns in new and better ways.
