Bonus Terms and Conditions

Example:

Wager $500 on Slots, and $500 or 100% contributes towards playthrough requirements.
Wager $500 on Blackjack, $50 or 10% contributes towards playthrough requirements.
Wager $500 on Roulette and $25 or 5% contributes towards playthrough requirements.

1. Bonus Usage. Bonuses issued at the discretion of Joe Fortune is subject to one per individual, household, civic address, e-mail address, deposit instrument, bank account, telephone number, computer/device and / or IP address.

2. Unless otherwise stated in the rules applicable to individual Activities, Games or Bonus promotions, any bonus funds that are credited to your Account (whether as a result of a prize, promotion, redemption or any other reason) shall be subject to playthrough requirements (which will be outlined in the terms and conditions of the Bonus) before the bonus funds (and any associated winnings from the Bonus) can be withdrawn.

3. The withdrawal of winnings is subject to Joe Fortune verification procedures. This can include but is not limited to providing proof of address and government-issued identification. If we are satisfied that you have complied with the Terms, all Anti Money Laundering and fraud-screening requirements, and all rules relating to the Games and any related bonuses, the payout shall be made to you. The manner in which the withdrawal is processed may be restricted, depending on the means by which the initial deposit(s) was/were made to the applicable Account. Without limiting the foregoing, we reserve the right to conclude your withdrawal request by an alternative method or process at our discretion. If, for whatever reason, a payout request cannot be approved, a Customer Service Representative will contact you.

4. Bonus programs are intended for recreational players only. Professional players or players considered, in our sole discretion, to be abusing the bonus system by any means may have bonuses revoked and be subject to further sanctions. 

In the case of an account being terminated due to abuse (whether it be bonus or any other), Joe Fortune will not refund and/or reinstate any funds any losses made by the player on any of the channels the player may have accessed. Joe Fortune considers ‘abuse’ as (but not limited to) using software and/or opening multiple accounts in order to gain an unfair advantage on a Bonus. In all cases of abuse, we retain the right to withhold all winnings and any balances remaining on Your Account.

If for any reason Joe Fortune has evidence or reasonable suspicion of bonus abuse and/or the bonus terms are being breached - we may take the following actions may take place:

• Revoke and/or cancel any bonuses and bonus winnings that we regard may have been; redeemed by misuse of the system; and/or;
• Players found to be abusing bonus offers may be restricted from receiving further bonuses and/or;
• Player account may be terminated.

5. Bonus abuse may be defined as (but not restricted to) clients cashing out for the purpose of re-depositing, depositing on top of an existing balance, clients making use of promotional offers without ever using their own funds, clients increasing their balance and then changing their gaming pattern significantly (bet, game type, bet structure or other pattern of betting) to complete any wagering requirements of any Bonus, or creating new Accounts that they are using themselves. Sanctions may be in the form of increased rollover requirements, loss of bonus privileges, balance forfeiture and account close for the offending Account as well as any linked Accounts. We reserve the right to restrict eligibility for special offers and bonuses when necessary. This includes but is not limited to placing geographic restrictions on match bonuses due to bonus abuse.

6. Bonus funds cannot be used on these Casino Games and the following products:

7. We do not allow the mixing of No-Deposit bonuses (e.g. Free Chips, Free Spins, Cashback/Insurance Bonuses etcetera) and deposits. If a deposit is made while a No Deposit Bonus is active, the wagering requirements and maximum allowed cash-out of the No Deposit bonus will still apply. The deposit amount will be credited to your balance, however the deposit amount is not considered to be in active play and any subsequent winnings are subject to the wagering requirements and maximum allowed cash-out of the No Deposit bonus until your balance is equal to or less than the deposit amount plus any existing balance available prior to the bonuses redemption.

8. If you cancel or forfeit the bonus before reaching the wagering and rollover requirements, all funds generated by the bonus (including the bonus) are void and ineligible for reinstatement. The specific terms of the promotion contain information on the applicable restrictions.

9. Free bonuses are not be redeemed consecutively. If you have received a No Deposit bonus - but have not made a deposit in the interim or have no further account activity, you will not be eligible to receive a subsequent no deposit bonus. Redeeming two or more No Deposit bonuses in a row can result in the removal of subsequent winnings.

10. Unless otherwise stated in the Bonus Description, all deposit bonuses at Joe Fortune require a minimum amount of $20 to activate with your deposit.

11. Any evidence or reasonable suspicion that specific bets were placed on any Game (i.e. betting in proportions on different outcomes in the same hand to create "action") without risk will not qualify for any wagering or rollover requirement. Examples of bets without risk include betting on red and black simultaneously inRoulette, and betting player and banker simultaneously in Baccarat. If you are found to be colluding with other players, for example, one person betting on the player, the other betting on the banker, you will have your bets cancelled, your account closed and all deposits made by you may be forfeited.

12. If for any reason we have evidence or reasonable suspicion that any bonus you’ve used (whether alone or in a group) is capable of offering you guaranteed, increased or unfair advantages – Joe Fortune, at its sole discretion may withdraw the bonus and/or any winnings generated through the bonus. Additionally, any balance remaining may be zeroed out and subject to account closure.

13. We have the right, at our entire discretion, to refuse, restrict, modify and/or cancel any bonus issued (or may be issued) to any player if we believe that:

• The bonus is being abused (our definition of abuse includes but is not limited to a player making use of promotional offers without ever wagering their own funds);
• Technical issues have occurred in relation to the bonus;
• The bonus is, for any reason, not able to be conducted as planned.

14. Unless stated otherwise on the specific bonus landing pages, all bonuses have a max bet restriction relative to the deposit amount. Failure to adhere to this ‘max bet’ rule may result in account closure, forfeit of the Bonus and any winnings generated during the wagering of the Bonus. Any wagers using deposited funds or bonus funds prior to bonus completion are subject to the following maximums:

• Casino max bet per wager - 20% of deposited amount

15. Prohibited Play

At any time, we may decide to review all records, gameplay and transactions in order to monitor and/or assess the use of any bonus issued.

If Joe Fortune has reason to believe that any activity deems to be suspicious and in breach of the terms and conditions, we reserve the right to disqualify you from any free spin, bonus spin, promotion, bonus promotion, deposits, winnings and/or terminate the account.

Prohibited play is considered bonus abuse and is not permitted on the Site. Prohibited play can include (but is not limited to) low margin betting, equal betting, zero risk bets or hedge betting. These are considered prohibited play when done purposely to exploit bonuses; in addition, the following types of play are considered prohibited play:

• Increasing the balance and then changing your gaming pattern significantly (bet, game type, bet structure or other pattern of betting) to complete any wagering requirements of any Bonus;
• Moving from a low weighted game based (table games) to high weighted game (slots or specialty game);
• Two tier betting (where large bets are placed on high variance outcomes, before switching to normal variance outcomes to clear wagering requirements)
• Increasing your balance after placing high value bets and thereafter proceeding to place bets of less than half of the prior bet value, in order to meet bonus wagering requirements;
• All-in type wagering in a “do or die” style with deposited funds and bonus funds with the intent of gaining an edge on rollover requirements,
• Using any betting system or placing even money bets on any game of chance, and / or
• Using the "Double-Up" or gamble feature within a game to increase win values;
• Wagering on Games that do not contribute towards wagering requirements or games with a 0% wagering weight applied to them as specified in the specific bonus landing page terms;
• Wagering on games with bonus money to build up value, lose the bonus and then cash out on the built up value with a secondary deposit.
