How do I make Cryptocurrency withdrawals?

1. Launch your Digital Wallet and pick choose your desired currency, then click ‘Receive’.
2. Copy the wallet address from your Digital Wallet.
3. Back on the Joe Fortune website, paste the wallet address in ‘Your Wallet Address’ field and enter the amount you want to withdraw in AUD/USD/mBTC.
4. Upon receiving your withdrawal request, it takes approximately 24-48 hours for the withdrawn amount shown in your Digital Wallet.
5. You can now send the funds to your Exchange account and convert them to AUD/USD/mBTC, as exchange rates will fluctuate.

While Joe Fortune does not typically charge fees on crypto withdrawals, every deposit must be fully wagered before any winnings can be withdrawn. If you do not meet this requirement, your crypto withdrawal is subject to a 10% deduction or cancellation at the discretion of our Withdrawals Team.

IMPORTANT:

• When transferring funds between accounts, marginal fees may be deducted from your balance by the wallet provider. These fees are typically under $1.00CAD; however, if there's congestion on the Blockchain Network, higher fees may be required to complete your transaction. 
• We're unable to process crypto withdrawals until all respective crypto deposits have been confirmed on the Blockchain Network. Once the deposit has been confirmed, we'll be able to process your request.  
• After your withdrawal is approved, it'll take up to 24 hours to receive your Bitcoin (BTC) and only 1 hour using Bitcoin Cash (BCH), Bitcoin SV (BSV), Ethereum (ETH), USD Tether (USDT) or Litecoin (LTC). While Joe Fortune does not typically charge fees on crypto withdrawals, all deposits must be wagered completely before any winnings can be withdrawn. By not meeting this requirement, your crypto withdrawal is subject to a 10% deduction or cancellation at the discretion of our Withdrawals Team.
• Most known wallets and exchanges support Litecoin, but for safe and easy transactions, we recommend Coinbase and Exodus. Exodus is also recommended for Ethereum transfers.
• Please ensure you are ONLY sending Litecoin (LTC) to the address given in the cashier. Sending other cryptocurrencies to this address will result in a loss of funds. This applies to all the cryptocurrencies we offer.
• You will need to generate a new wallet address for each withdrawal request, even if the most recent attempt has failed. Any addresses entered in our system will become unusable after that attempt.
