How do I verify my account?

We take your security seriously. We may ask you to submit the following via email to verification@joefortuneteam.com :

• Credit Card Verification Form
• Copy of a Government-issued ID
• Copies (front + back) of the credit card(s) used on your account

How long does it take to verify my documents?

We promise to be as quick as we can. Typically, we will verify your account and documents within 48 hours.
