How can I retrieve my forgotten password?

Follow these quick steps to retrieve your Joe Fortune password:

1. Click Login on the top/bottom right-hand corner of the page.

2. Click the Forgot Password link.

3. Enter your account email address and click “Send”.

4. Joe Fortune will send an email to the email account provided at registration. Once you've received this email, click the link provided in that email. You’ll be prompted to change your password.

Tips for selecting a strong password

• Don’t use the same password everywhere.
• Passwords must be at least 8 characters long.
• Passwords must include a capital letter and a number.
• Don’t use names, pet’s names, birthdays or other personal information.
